These Terms and Conditions govern legal services provided by Wealth Recovery Solicitors Ltd (trading as Wealth Recovery Solicitors) to clients in the United Kingdom.

1. Scope

These terms apply to enquiries and engagements relating to scam recovery, crypto tracing, and related civil work under UK law. They should be read together with your engagement letter.

2. No engagement until confirmed

An initial enquiry or assessment does not create a solicitor–client relationship until confirmed in writing.

3. Fees

Fee arrangements — including conditional fee agreements and damages-based agreements where offered — are explained in your engagement letter before any chargeable work begins. Hourly rates, disbursements, and payment terms are set out at the outset. We do not guarantee recovery of lost funds.

4. No guarantee of recovery

We cannot guarantee recovery of lost funds. Outcomes depend on the facts of each case.

5. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us via our Contact page or email official@wealthrecoverysolicitors.international. Unresolved complaints may be referred to the Legal Ombudsman or the SRA, subject to their time limits.
